Dear Brothers and Sisters of Pilgrim,
Today we begin the Holy Season of Lent with Ash Wednesday. Even though we are not able to meet together in person, we can still unite in the 40 Journey of Lent. Please be aware that every Wednesday evening throughout this Season, Pilgrim will have a midweek Lenten Service available on our Facebook page. Even though apart, we can still unite in Worship.
While we are discontinuing the “Pastor’s Daily Devotional” until after Easter, I would encourage you utilize a wonderful daily devotional by Lutheran Hour Ministries titled, “The Marks of Love” focusing on the signs of God’s love for a fallen people. You can access this meditative resource through the connected link and thereby maximize the blessings of this reflective time of year. I pray the Lord will bless you on the journey we begin together on this day.
